Over 30 years since her last Las Vegas residency, Dolly Parton is back in town and ready to take the stage on the heels of her 80th birthday. Dolly: Live in Las Vegas begins this December for a limited six-show run at the famous Colosseum at Caesars Palace. With original tickets selling out within 90 minutes of release, the show is in extremely high demand. However, there are still avenues available if you’re looking to enjoy an evening of music with Dolly herself this winter and grab tickets to her Las Vegas residency.

With her last Las Vegas performance series in 1993, Dolly Parton was a regular face on the Vegas strip, performing over 50 times at the Mirage. As she nears her January birthday, the “9 to 5” star has largely retired from regular tours. Her last major concert series, the Pure & Simple Tour, ended in 2016. This December, however, fans can rejoice as Dolly returns to the Vegas stage with a show that will not disappoint.

Anticipation for the show is high, and with great reason. Not only is this a rare opportunity to see the superstar perform, but she has also been quoted as saying the performance will be a musical journey through her seven decades of top hits. “To say I'm excited would be an understatement. I haven't worked in Vegas for years, and I've always loved performing there,” Parton said when her residency was first announced. Superfans and new fans alike can enjoy all that is Dolly Parton during what is sure to be a performance to remember.

How to buy tickets for Dolly Parton’s 2025 residency

Original tickets went on sale on June 25 for Dolly Parton’s Dolly: Live in Las Vegas residency via Ticketmaster. However, it was reported that within 90 minutes, said original tickets were already sold out, including both standard tickets and VIP experience tickets. Currently, Ticketmaster lists all six performances as sold out.

While original tickets are no longer available on Ticketmaster, they can still be purchased from verified resale vendors such as StubHub and Vivid Seats. As of writing, there are still ample choices in terms of seating location and price range available from these sites, so for those who were not able to grab an original ticket when they were released on Ticketmaster but are still looking to see Dolly this winter, this could prove a good alternative.

How much are Dolly Parton tickets?

Tickets to see Dolly Parton’s Las Vegas residency, Dolly: Live in Las Vegas, vary depending on the date and availability for each show. Original tickets as well as VIP packages and premium ticket options have already sold out, so they are no longer available for purchase.

StubHub’s most affordable options range from $1,441 for her December 12 performance to $1,527 for her opening night performance on December 4. The overall range on StubHub varies greatly depending on the seat location, with more expensive options reaching over $10,000 for extremely premium seats. The large majority, however, average around $1,500 to $4,500, as of writing. These prices are before additional taxes and fees.

The overall average of available tickets on Vivid Seats, depending on the seating location, ranges from $1,500 to $7,500 before taxes and fees.

VIP tickets were previously available when the ticket sale began on June 25, and included four packages: the Star of the Show VIP Experience, “Hello, Dolly!” VIP Experience Upgrade (Ticket sold separately), “Dolly Forever” VIP Package, and “What Would Dolly Do?” Merch Package. Packages included amenities such as premium tickets, photo opportunities with Dolly herself, exclusive merchandise, as well as limited art prints and access to an exclusive VIP pre-show lounge. These packages, similar to original standard tickets, quickly sold out on the first day of sales and are no longer available for purchase. Details can still be viewed on the Ticketmaster website for those curious about VIP package-specific details.
